Returns & Exchanges

As each Nellyblu bandana is handmade, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives with a fault, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.

If a fault is confirmed, we’ll offer an exchange or another appropriate solution.

Please note that small variations in placement and finish are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
