By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

 

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website.

 

2. Products

All Nellyblu products are handmade and hand-finished. Because of this, slight variations in embellishment placement, finish, and appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered faults.

We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

 

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include situations involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or incorrect product information.

If we need to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

 

5. Processing Times

Each Nellyblu bandana is handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch. This processing time is separate from shipping time.

Bundle orders may take slightly longer during busy periods or new drops.

 

6. Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the shipping service selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details entered at checkout.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour choice, or minor handmade variations.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer an exchange or another suitable resolution.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, product images, graphics, text, and logos, is the property of Nellyblu and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nellyblu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
